HANDMADE CAKES AVAILABLE IN LONDON
As you can imagine, we get asked so many questions about our cakes and sweet treats. We have answered a few of the most common ones for you.

CAKE FAQs
Where are your cakes made?
All of our cakes and treats are homemade. We are two strong-willed sisters who work hard to ensure you receive freshly baked goods, decorated as required.
How big are your cakes?
Our 4" cakes consist of three layers of sponge and two layers of filling and serve up to 6 people. Our larger cakes consist of four layers of sponge and three layers of filling and are available in 5" for 10 servings, 6" for 15 servings, 7" for 20 servings, and 8" for 30 servings. We can add up to two additional layers to all of our cakes, or create tiered cakes on request.
Can I personalise my cake?
We can recreate pre-existing designs displayed on our website and social media platforms, or you can contact us to discuss your own personal design ideas.
Can I request specific flavours that are not currently offered in your standard range of flavours when ordering a cake?
We recommend choosing a cake from our varied standard range as we have been able to test and perfect these recipes, however, we are always happy to accommodate special requests where possible. Please note, an additional fee will be charged based on the complexity of the cake. We may refuse your order if suitable recipes or ingredients are not available or due to a particularly high production volume.

Do you offer gluten free cakes and treats?
At the moment, we do not offer gluten free products, but we are not closing the door on the possibility of producing these products in future.
Are your products suitable for those with a nut allergy?
Although most of our recipes are nut-free, all of our cakes and treats are made in the same facility where we do sometimes bake with various types of nuts. Even though we have strict cross-contamination prevention measures in place, we cannot guarantee that our products do not contain traces of nuts, even when nuts are not listed as an ingredient.
Do you sell any vegan products?
At the moment we do not currently offer vegan cakes or treats, however, we are always working to expand our services.
How do I store your cakes and how long do they keep for?
Frosted and cream cakes should be kept in the refrigerator where they will keep for 3 to 4 days. These cakes should be removed from the fridge 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavours and textures to develop. Cakes with hard icing or fondant should not be kept in the refrigerator as this can cause the fondant to liquefy. They should instead be stored in a cool, dry, sun free environment for no more than 5 to 7 days.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
For standard celebration cakes, we require 5 days notice, for desserts and treats, we require 3 days. Depending on the size and complexity of the design, wedding cakes typically require 4 weeks notice.

I need a cake in less than 24-hours, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders with just 24-hours' notice. We need at least 5 days' notice for a standard cake.
